| Ladies, get your party dresses ready for this weekend! |
|
If you haven’t got your party outfit yet, then you better get down to your favorite dress shop because they have got some excellent stock in but are selling like hot cakes. Why all the fuss? It’s time to celebrate. And this weekend we can celebrate Christmas and the fact that we’re racing again at Allman Park for the Great Big Christmas Party Race Day, 1st December; gates open at 11.30am. Gather your friends and colleagues and come celebrate Christmas. All pre-booked groups will be seated in marquees, $10 per person and free entry for children under 14 years of age. Santa will be there for the young and old. Plus there will kids entertainment with pony rides, jumping castles, snow-cones and face painting. Leanne de Toerkenczy, Event Coordinator, added, “We’re expecting a good crowd this Saturday with many groups wanting to support the horse industry who has suffered substantially this year and many simply wanting to have fun”. She added, “Even if it rains, the party must go on, we will have a phantom race if we must but we won’t be held back anymore.” Tickets can be purchased from Hynes News, Palmerin Street Warwick. Group catering is also available through Bramble Patch and Brysons. For further information go to www.warwickturfclub.org.au or call Jane on 0427 004 094 |
