It’s great to take part in one of Australia’s oldest and most respected forms of entertainment. However, there are now even more reasons for people to go to the races in Warwick, according to Club secretary Jane Grieve.

Says Jane, “Racing isn’t just about horses and betting. It’s a real social occasion, and a great day out with your friends, whether or not you have an interest in racing. Most people love horses, anyway, even if they don’t enjoy getting up close to them.
“Recent drastic cuts to the country racing calendar have inspired the Warwick Turf Club to undertake some new marketing initiatives which will give race patrons more opportunities to win.

“Lucky race book and coupon prizes include oncourse bookmakers betting vouchers; meals at LOCAL Thai restaurant Wens in Warwick; or a luxury night for two at the Brisbane Riverview Hotel.”
