Santa will be there for the young and old. Plus there will kids entertainment with pony rides, jumping castles, snow-cones and face painting.

It’s been a tough year for the horse industry, with the drought, then wouldn’t you know it, we got rained out on two race days and then Equine Influenza EI hit us. But, life goes on. Whoever it was that quoted, Life wasn’t meant to be easy, sure got it right, but we’re a tough bunch here in Warwick and it will take more than that to keep us down.

Leanne de Toerkenczy, Event Coordinator, added, “Christmas is a wonderful time to celebrate all things great. That is; great company, great health, a great place to live, great family, great friends, great people to work with, it’s great that we are racing again plus it’s a great excuse to have a party”.

Ms de Toerkenczy went onto say, “The Great Big Christmas Party is now in its fourth year, and we want to see it continue to grow. This is a great way to support the horse industry, and for the ladies, an excellent excuse to buy another dress and celebrate the season in style. It really is a wonderful way to kick start the festive season”.
